I am not normally of a litigious turn of mind. But if the incision of the gentleman in this story fails to heal properly, and if I were he, by God would I hunt down someone at Paramount to sue.

Oh dear. And to think the director of that movie is going to produce and possible direct the next Star Trek movie. Shudder.
Even aside from this sort of thing, the remotest connection between Tom Cruise and Star Trek gives me the heebie-jeebies…
How is that even remotely legally and/or ethically justifiable? It’s a *hospital*.
